Assess the condition of any home with a Domoscore.

Its like a credit score for your homes condition that ranges between 0 and 10,000. In general, Domoscores above 7,000 indicates a property is in great condition. In contrast, properties with scores below 3,000 are often in significant need of repair.

How it works:

1. Answer 22 questions
We ask a few simple questions about specific items in the house. Walk through the house, like on a scavenger hunt, to answer the questions. It usually takes 5-10 minutes.

2. Get Your Domoscore
After completing the walk-through, you’ll get your Domoscore - a single score that goes from 1 to 10,000 - along with details on the condition and age of each feature.

3. Use as a Pre-Inspection
In addition to the Domoscore, review the recommendations of the top items you’ll want to address if you purchase the property.
